*Party Planning: Overview Bachelorette parties are a fun celebration of the Bride-to-Be and spent with her closest friends and family. The party is traditionally hosted by the Maid of Honor and planning can sometimes be tricky. Get ahead of the game and start early!
Who's Responsible for What:

| You're the Maid of Honor |
Send invitations, make reservations, arrange transportation, get decorations, get the bachelorette's outfit, get party favors for the guests, ask for help |
| You're in the Wedding |
Bring a gift to the party, offer your help to the Maid of Honor, offer to help with costs |
| You're a Guest |
Bring a gift to the party, offer your help |
| | *Popular Party Plans Plan a party that will be comfortable, fun and enjoyable for all…especially the Bachelorette! The guest list may include younger relatives that may not be able to go to chosen restaurants, bars or clubs if they have any age restrictions, so ask ahead. Remember that the party can be split into different sections. Perhaps start with lunch at home, then go to dinner and progress to the bars. This will allow party-goers to leave early if they do not want to go out. Be creative and keep the Bachelorette in mind.

That Guy Game
An S3 Favorite! This game is a scavenger hunt for different stereotypes of guys. Deal the cards evenly to each guest before leaving. Throughout the night, each person has to find "that guy" on their cards.
For the shy: When the guy is spotted, the guest turns in their card to the maid of honor. The first person to get rid of their cards first wins!
For the Adventurous: When the guy is spotted, they must first perform a dare in order to turn in their card. |
Nibble Your Bra
It's a race to remove your bra…your Candy Bra, that is! Get each guest a fun Candy Bra that she can wear OVER her clothing.
Throughout the night, each guest must charge $1 for other bar-goers to nibble off the candies. She may want to charge more for those compromising areas. The first gal to have her candy bra disappear wins!
Definitely a game for the Adventerous! This is also fun because all the girls in the party match. |
|
Condom Exchange
Quick, easy and inexpensive! Start by giving each member of your group a few condoms. Challenge: throughout the night, each person must exchange their condom for a drink, a dollar or another condom with people you meet along the way. At the end of the night, the bride votes for the most interesting exchange!
|
Bachelorette Drinking Dice
A fun take-along to get the party started! You get two dice - one has the dare and the other has the drink. Let the luck of the roll decide which combination you will get!
This is a great choice for a group that has both shy and adventurous party-goers, with dares such as "do a sexy dance", "fake an orgasm" and "hug a stud". |

At times the friends and bride's maids may not know each other. Games are a great way to get people talking and enjoying the party. Try "How Well Do You Know the Bride" trivia game. It gets people involved and educates everyone about the couple's plans.
Ambiance:
Be sure to have a good selection of the Bride's favorite music in the background. Use the TV as a back-drop and have a selection of fun wedding themed movies playing.
| | Restaurant Appropriate So you have a small group that includes your friends, 12-year-old sister, aunts and your mother-in-law. To top it off, you are going to a restaurant where there might be children! Don't worry…you can still have fun while being tasteful and discreet.
1) Arrive ahead of time to place small party favors at each place setting. We suggest:
- Dick Tarts Cady - small enough to NOT be identified by the neighboring table. Cost $2.99 ea.
- Dick Wine Charms - a discreet addition to your guest's drinking glasses or can be worn on their finger like a ring. Cost $9.99 for a pack of eight
- Flavored Condoms - small, tasty and individually wrapped. Cost $.99 ea.
2) Tape a trinket to the bottom of one of the chairs before people arrive. This could be a condom, picture of the happy couple, flower, etc. During dinner, ask the guests to look under their chairs. The person who is sitting at the seat with the trinket:
- Wins a prize
- Must share their most embarrassing story about the bride
- Must share their favorite memory about the couple, etc.
3) Make a fun game during dinner. Choose a "Hot Word" that is related to the wedding, such as the honeymoon location, the wedding colors or the groom's name. If someone mentions the "hot word" they must give their condom or trinket to the person who heard them say it. The person with the most condoms at the end of dinner wins! Cost $0 or more depending on trinket
Total cost for two activities and party favors: About $6 per guest
Everyone will have fun at this dinner party! Don't worry too much about other people at the restaurant or guests that are either conservative or young. In the spirit of the Bachelorette Party, people will be in the festive mood and happy for the bride-to-be.
