Payment Options:
Visa or Mastercard. You must provide the V-Code on the back of your card to complete the sale. All transactions are verified against the cardholder's billing address. We use Go Daddy as our secured server to transfer your account number. Your purchase appears as BAK, Inc. on your statement.
Packaging and Delivery:
ALL packages are sent in UNMARKED, DISCREET boxes and addressed from BAK, Inc. Our primary method of shipping is US Postal Service Priority Mail unless otherwise indicated. Alternate / overnight delivery can be requested in the "special instructions" section on the order form during checkout. Additional shipping charges will be added to your order. Orders are shipped in plain packaging from BAK, Inc. and will arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Overseas orders are processed at the company's discretion.

Returns / Exchanges:
By law, our products cannot be returned or exchanged as they are considered health care products. This policy is in place for your protection. All battery-operated products are tested for quality prior to shipping to ensure working order before the product is sold. Remember to fill out the manufacturer warranty cards. If a problem occurs with your purchase, contact our company and will be happy to assist you.
Out-of-Stocks:
Occasionally BAK, Inc. experiences out-of-stocks from our distributors and manufacturers. If an item is unavailable, it will be indicated in the product description with an icon that reads "temporarily out-of-stock". In the unlikely event that an out-of-stock item is not labeled as such, BAK, Inc. will contact you via email. At this point, you have the option of waiting, altering or canceling the order. If multiple items are ordered, we will ship in stock items immediately. We do not hold orders.

| | The S3 StoryIn April, 1995 the doors of S3 Safe Sex Store opened to massive community support in Royal Oak, Michigan. The classy, educational store sells condoms, lubrications and massage oils, books, games, novelties, and adult products to all people regardless of age, race, religion or sexual orientation. BethAnn Karmeisool, president of BAK, Inc. (S3's corporate identity) created S3 Safe Sex Store to provide correct, consistent sexual health information. She was inspired to open this controversial business after volunteering for children infected with the AIDS virus through the Rainbow Connection. The company has always maintained education as its first objective and requires all staff members to attended sexual health peer education classes. The company also supports local and national agencies through monetary, product, and time donations.
The company has gone through many changes. Ms. Karmeisool downsized the store locations and now calls Ann Arbor home. The S3 Team has expanded the store's outreach by creating a top-notch website, developing a national home party program, and established a non-profit entity called S.H.A.R.E, Sexual Health and Responsible Education. S.H.A.R.E.'s focus is to change the way individuals view sex ed and assist parents in establishing sexual health guidelines based on family values, morals, and religion.
Throughout many years of business, S3 Safe Sex Store is an Ann Arbor must see store. Ms. Karmeisool and her staff have become a main sexual health resource center for students and faculty, singles, couples, parents and seniors.
